Fast4’s no-let rule means a service let is not replayed. Official USTA and Tennis Australia materials state that a serve touching the net remains in play when it lands in the correct service box, and the ITF describes the no-let procedure in the same terms.

Caveats

The serve remains live only if it lands in the correct service box; otherwise, it is a fault.
One Tennis Australia document uses potentially confusing wording, but its operative instruction still says the serve remains in play.
