The phrase “ladies and gentlemen” was not restored to the Magic Kingdom Express Monorail because available evidence indicates it had never been removed. Disney’s 2021 shift toward inclusive language affected fireworks and certain other park announcements, but reports conflated those changes with the monorail. Later recordings showing the phrase cannot prove an elimination-and-reinstatement sequence.
